Well, It seems that there is something new indeed!

Journal Entry: Fri May 24, 2013, 12:21 PM

I've been quiet here for almost the last 12 months... I had a good reason though:  I decided to learn traditional art. More precisely Acrylic and oil painting.  I had an objective in mind that was to port the  way I create with digital, medium that never dry, on a real canvas with real paint.  First I need to tell you that creation , for me, is to happen when due. Most of my work is abstract and it couldn't be otherwise.  It's only then that I can feel the dust of god in my breathing.... It's only then that I am fully not in control of what will happen without being scared of the outcome.

Why? because of my creation process.  unprocess should I say...  and how much I stick to only four things:

Creating a chaosasm of colors and shapes without driving the hand. looking at this chaos and and letting this chaos becoming more of a crowded window than chaos. third I start defining the chaos into what I see in it at the moment.  Almost every time the second step only helped me to tame the thing because what I saw before stays in the "before"  Finally, I refine, accentuate. fade, highlight, dim, paint over..... until someone tells me....  Hey buddy...It wanna breed..let it go... start something else....

But as you know... Acrylic dries and very fast...  So since I'm doing  with painting exactly what I've always done with my toys and DYS, I read the manual after I figured out the solution or at least the nature of the challenge, only then I open the manual....  So I'm trying things, trying to remember some of it, forcing myself to forget some other...  Acrylic is not what I thought it was... I was learning how to gauge the use of water but nurturing the idea that Oil was for me and my "process". So a morning  I decided to try it with the only knowledge that I had of painting was my trying and testing technique. that are actually  well known. to flirt with a most complicated mistress.....  Someday I'll show you the first try...  It's called.... Browny Brown...  A close up.... So that was a brief of my last year....

Everything was quiet and peaceful when I received a call from a guy asking me if I was willing to show my work for a month in his new Café themed on Art and acting as the art gallery of the small town I live in.

So I'm happy! I hope people will see my craziness with benevolence.

I'll keep you posted.  Going back to my brush.... I feel the God dust in my lungs and need to go give some sense to my chaos !

And btw, I know some of you are actualy saying themselves...  Ya....  crazy alright...  Do you see how funny he writes....  Your wrong.....  It's because I'm french speaking..... for my writing I mean....   ;)

What's up? I am Kevin Anderson, and I'm working on a comic called Confessions of a Sociopath. It's about a young adult named David Solomon Samson who's been in a coma for eighteen months. He goes through near-death experiences while in a coma and when not in one he isolates himself from everyone to write about it in his journals. It's really cool, and I think you might enjoy it!
